Thwaites pubs on the market
August 30, 2007: A month after spending £2 million on five North of England pubs, Thwaites is placing 14 of its 425-strong estate on the market.
The properties are being marketed through Fleurets and have a combine asking price of £3.94 million.
The company, celebrating its 200th anniversary this year, says it is “fine tuning” its estate.
