Licencees win trip to Marbella
March 27, 2007: Everards has rewarded its top licensees with a trip to Marbella. The company selected the 10 best performing pubs based on criteria such as training, beer sales and beer quality during its 2005/6 financial year.
The group, along with two special achievers, will go to the city for a long weekend in May 2007.
David Harrison, operations director tenanted trade at Everards, said: We would like to congratulate the winners and wish them a very enjoyable trip. We run various reward and incentive schemes throughout the year as part of the support package offered to our licensees, including three trips to different European cities.
Mick and Lindsay Hall, licensees at The New Inn in Enderby, were among the winners. Mick said: We are delighted and really excited about the trip, it will also be a great opportunity to meet other Everards licensees.
"I think the incentive schemes are helpful in establishing business goals and it is important that the company is recognising achievement in its pub estate.
