Bridgehouse Capital buys Massive sites

April 24, 2008: Massive Pub Company sites in administration have been purchased by private equity firm Bridgehouse Capital and will be run under its subsidiary, Inventive Pubs and Restaurants.

The deal is thought to be worth about £9 million.

The Massive estate includes 33 pubs, some of which are free of tie and some of which have leases through companies including Punch, Unique and Scottish and Newcastle Pub Enterprises.
