Enterprise to dispose of 82 pubs

June 13, 2008: Enterprise Inns has instructed commercial estate agents Christie + Co to market a portfolio of 82 pubs.

The pubs, which are spread across England and Wales, are a mixture of freehold and leasehold sites. The freehold units, which make up the majority of the package, range in price from £175,000 to £800,000.

Christie + CO director, Neil Moffit, said: “The majority of this package of pubs is aimed at the alternative use market. This is a great opportunity for purchasers to acquire properties for conversion or redevelopment.”

Christie + CO is also currently marketing 26 lease opportunities spread across England and Wales on behalf of Enterprise Inns, which is the UK’s second largest pub company.
