Now Barracuda's big in Brighouse

l The interior of the new Barracuda bar in Brighouse
February 12, 2008: Barracuda Group has invested £1.6 million in the West Yorkshire town of Brighouse, opening its 25th Barracuda bar.
Located at the former Kingsway Bingo Hall, in the town centre, the venue has created around 25 full- and part-time jobs and is being managed by BII licensee of the year 2007 Maxine Blake.
She said: It was a fantastic opening night and excellent first weekend, really busy, and its definitely the biggest thing to have happened to Brighouse for a long time.
Interior fittings include big screen projectors and plasmas for sporting events, and lighting effects during evening entertainment, contemporary booths that pay homage to sporting legends such as Pele and Beckham, a dance floor area and DJ booth.
