White Horse is Fuller's 'star performer'

December 6, 2007: The White Horse, in Hertford, has been voted the 'star performer' for November on Fuller’s beer quality website www.proudofyourpride.com

The star performer title is awarded once a month to the pub that receives the best online customer reviews for its London Pride. The site provides London Pride drinkers with a forum in which to register details of when and where they recently sampled the ale and asks them to rate the beer they drank.

Managing director of Fuller’s Inns, Simon Emeny, said: “Fuller’s has a very loyal fan base and we want them to become ambassadors for Pride wherever it is found.

“The White Horse is a fantastic, traditional Fuller's pub where lessee Nigel Crofts offers outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service.

"The pub has been listed in the Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide for 20 consecutive years and was named bargain pub of the year in the 2008 edition of The Good Pub Guide. The White Horse is well worth a visit and I strongly recommend you pop in for a pint or two.”
