S&NPE purchases Tadcaster properties
April 5, 2008: The Tadcaster Pub Company has sold nearly half of its estate to Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises (S&NPE).
Thirty pubs are involved in the transaction — the properties are in Yorkshire and Humberside.
The sale leaves Tadcaster with a mixed estate of 36 pubs and hotels.
The sales price has not been disclosed.
