Love is in the air at Chef & Brewer
February 4, 2008: On Thursday, February 14, Chef & Brewer pubs will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a special menu, including a lovers' supper, with Parma ham and Cashel Blue en Croute, British steak Rossini, seafood risotto and chocolate fondue to share.
The night will focus on delivering the best quality food and drink sourced from local British produce.
Chef & Brewer pubs will also offer a full collection of Champagne cocktails, including pomme Champagne, using pomegranate juice, and berry Champagne with fresh raspberries.
