Guinness site to become industrial estate
August 28, 2006: The former Guinness brewery site at Park Royal, London, is set to become industrial units and warehousing in a £47 million deal.
Guinness closed the brewery to move production of its iconic brand back to Dublin.
The site will be developed by Brixton plc.
