Anheuser-Busch rejects InBev bid
June 28, 2008: Anheuser-Busch (A-B) has rejected InBev's $46 million takeover bid saying it undervalues the company.
A-B's board has discussed the offer and reached the conclusion that a deal would not be in the best interests of the American brewing giant.
The board did say, however, that it would always look into opportunities to increase shareholder value.
