Guinness could sell Dublin brewery site
June 25, 2007: Guinness owner Diageo has confirmed it is reviewing the future the historic site of the black stuff brewery.
The company is rumoured to be considering moving the brewery to a site on the outskirts of Dublin to capitlise on the huge value of the city centre land.
However, no firm decision on the future of the 56 acre site will be made until next year.
