Hook Norton's liquid Christmas pudding

November 24, 2006: Hook Norton has launched its latest seasonal brew, Twelve Days, now on sale on draught until the end of the year.

This is a beer that won gold at last year's Brewing Industry International Awards, held in Munich, Germany.

At 5.5 per cent ABV, the brew has the warmth and colour of the perfect Christmas pudding.

Managing director James Clarke says that Twelve Days is beautifully balanced, with a strong malt and nutty flavour. The hop character is present in the aftertaste, which is dominated by a refreshing sweetness.
