Tasting notes for Badger beers
September 23, 2005: In a move that emulates many winemakers, Badger is introducing taste charts to its bottled beer labels.
The information will tell consumers about each Badger ale’s particular taste, with a bitter, sweet, hoppy, malty and fruity taste scale.
Some of the labels will also suggest food matches for the beers.
