Marketing appointments at Miller
September 22, 2007: Miller Brands (UK) Ltd, the UK subsidiary of SABMiller, has announced the appointments of two marketing professionals to strengthen their brand and trade marketing teams.

A subsidiary of one of the worlds biggest brewers, SABMiller plc, Miller Brands (UK) Ltd. was formed in 2005 and manages the sales, marketing and distribution of Pilsner Urquell, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Miller Genuine Draft, Castle Lager, Tyskie and Lech in the UK. |
Tessa Pintusewitz has been appointed as UK marketing director. Tessa has a wealth of experience providing strategic marketing and business expertise within a number of international organisations such as Coca-Cola Southern Africa and SAB, South Africa. The position of UK marketing director builds on Tessas previous responsibility for supporting brand marketing initiatives within the Czech Republic, Romania and Italy while at SABMiller Europe.
Tessas responsibilities include developing strategic direction and solutions for the marketing and consumer activities taking place across the three major brands Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Miller Genuine Draft and Pilsner Urquell.
Gillian Loudon has been appointed customer marketing manager. Gillian who moved from SAB PLC, where she was responsible for internal communications and marketing on a global scale, takes up her position within the trade marketing team where she will be responsible for managing and developing below-the-line marketing activity for the Pilsner Urquell brand within the UK. She also takes responsibility for relationships with the managed on-trade sector.
