Double Barrelled (4.3% ABV) will go on sale in bottles on June 1 and in draught form on July 1. For every equivalent bottle sold, 5p will be donated to the BASC.
There will be a formal launch of the beer at the Country Landowners' Association Game Fair, at Blenheim Palace, on July 25.
The initial production run will comprise 10,000 bottles, with the draught version is available three weeks before and continuing one week after the game fair.
BASC director of operations, Simon Hamlyn, said: This is great news for the BASC centenary celebrations. What better way to celebrate a 100 years of success than with a beer produced by one of the leading independent brewers in the country?
Brewery managing director, James Clarke, added: Hook Norton Brewery is extremely proud to have worked with BASC in creating Double Barrelled.
"Being a rural independent brewer with an interest in conservation it is important that we aid organisations like BASC wherever possible."
