Drinking a toast to Michael Jackson

September 17, 2007: America will drink a mass toast to beer writer Michael Jackson on September 30.

At 9pm EST drinkers across the country will be invited to raise a glass in memory of the world's most well-known beer writer, who died on August 30, aged 65.

Bars participating in the event will be invited to raise funds for National Parkinson Foundation. Michael had been suffering from Parkinson's disease for 10 years.
