Discovering London's comedy talent
July 17, 2006: Fuller's Discovery blonde beer is sponsoring a series of four comedy shows on London radio station LBC 97.3.
The broadcasts, which are recorded in the Headliners Comedy Club at Fuller's George IV pub in Chiswick, will be aired on successive Saturdays, and started on Saturday..
The shows feature up and coming comedians and are presented in association with media partner, The Independent.
In addition, the shows are available as a podcast on the LBC website, and the Independent will be producing CDs of the shows which will feature in, among other activity, a promotion around the Discovery brand.
Alongside the comedy sponsorship, Discovery Blonde Beer is also set to benefit in the off-trade from a collarette promotion. Customers who send in one bottle top, with a completed collar from promotional bottles, will be entered into a prize draw to win a helicopter ride.
