Carlsberg figures looking good
May 14, 2007: Danish brewer Carlsberg saw its net revenue climb 14% in the first quarter of 2007, to a total of DKK (Danish Krone) 8.9 billion.
This is the result of strong organic expansion in its growth markets in eastern Europe and Asia, and a positive contribution from activities in western Europe
In the same period, Carlsberg's operating profit was up DKK319 million to DKK402 million.
