October 10, 2006: Drinkers of Fuller’s Organic Honey Dew (5%) can go online to claim one of 12 free recipe cards featuring the UK’s best selling organic beer.

The wipe-clean cards feature ideas for meals that include the beer as an ingredient. And, of course, the rest of the bottle is suggested as the perfect accompaniment to the finished dish.

Recipes include baked goat’s cheese with Honey Dew and lavender dressing, a seafood and Honey Dew crumble, and Honey Dew tiramisu.

Clare Thomson, Fuller’s brand manager, said: “Organic Honey Dew has had a brilliant year, with sales continuing to grow strongly. It’s a great beer to have with food, or to use as an ingredient as the sweetness of the honey can really add an extra zing to a dish.

“Besides that, it’s a perfect drink for the warm autumn evenings I hope we’ll continue to see for a little while.”

Customers purchasing Organic Honey Dew bottles with special collars can claim their recipe cards by visiting www.organichoneydew.co.uk and entering the code printed on the back of the collar. One code equals one point.

Each recipe card costs one point, and a folder to keep the cards in costs four points.
