Batemans' hearts are in the right place

February 2, 2008: Batemans has come over all romantic ahead of this year's Valentine’s Day with the launch of two new heart-shaped pumpclips for flagship ales XXXB and XB.

Available in black and red respectively, both clips clips carry the language of love with their lipstick kisses and star imagery and should get beer lovers' hearts pumping.

XXXB (Triple XB) is a strong bitter with an ABV of 4.8% and enough awards to its name to get any serious beer drinker’s heart a-flutter. XB is a well-balanced and distinctive 3.7% session bitter.

Batemans marketing director, Jaclyn Bateman, said: “XXXB and XB are favourites all year round, but with the new Valentine pumpclips we expect cupid’s arrow to pull a few extra heartstrings this February.”
