All white, it's Definitive
August 1, 2005: Durham Brewery has announced a new "white" beer, Definitive, weighing in at 3.8 per cent.
A fruity little number, with hints of strawberries on the aroma and grapefruit with a little ginger on the taste, it is currently conditioning in the cask and is set to be unleashed in a week or so.
This is the first of a number of new beers to be expected from the brewery.
