Board changes at Enterprise Inns

April 25, 2006: Gordon Harrison is to retire from his position at operation director of Enterprise Inns plc at the end of September. He has been on the board for 12 years.

Gordon joined Enterprise Inns on its formation in 1991 as one of its first
regional managers and became a board member in 1994, prior to the company's flotation.

The board has also announced that Simon Townsend, currently customer services director, will become chief operating officer with effect on October 1. Simon joined the company in February 1999 as director of marketing and logistics, and joined the board as customer services director in
October 2000.
