Record profit again for Belhaven

June 8, 2005: Scottish brewery Belhaven has reported a rise in profits to £17.4m, an increase of 22.5 per cent on the previous 12 months.

Chief executive Stuart Ross is confident the company will continue to do well in the market and perhaps, next year, record its tenth record profit in a row.

The company's Belhaven Best (3.2%) is Scotland's second biggest selling bitter.
