Established in November 2000 by Dutchman Paul Klos and Englishman Mike Field. Most beers, unusually, have wheat in them for a distinctive taste.

Regular beers: Anglo Dutch Best Bitter (3.8%), At t'Ghoul and Ghost (5.2%), Ghost on the Rim (4.5%), Imperial Pint (4%), Kletswater (4%), Spike's on't Way (4.2%), Tabatha the Knackered (6%), Yorkshire Wit (4.5%)

Seasonal and special beers: Devil's Knell (4.8%, Christmas), Jasper's Ale (4.4%) Mild Rabarber (4%, spring), Mitch's Brew (4.1%), No Doubt It's t'Stout (5.2%, autumn), Titan (5.2%), Yorkshire Relish (4.7%)

Organic beers: Ghoulis (4%), Jasperus (4.4%), Spikus (4.2%), Supreme Spikus (4.5%), Whitterus (3.8%)
