Opened by experienced microbrewer Pat Morton in 1996 after pulling out of a brewing partnership. With the help of his father, Hugh, he got the plant he needed and produced Moonshine (4.3%), which remains the brewery's best seller, long after the menu has increased to eight regular (and more special) brews.
