(Worth a try — oh, please yourselves.) Reddish in colour with a good hop aroma and a hint of fruit in the taste too.
Buckley's Best Bitter (3.7%): A survivor of the Buckley's/Brains merger and a fine example of a session beer — always popular and quick to go when it turns up at the Star. Well-balanced with the hops throwing up nutty tones. (DN)

Dark (3.5%): Despite its low ABV, it packs a wonderful punch and is, in all but name, a classic mild. There's malt and hoppy nuttiness plus a hint of chocolate too and a nice dry finish. A Norbury favourite. (DN)
