Original (3.9%): Light, hoppy
and drinkable.
Saint George (4.5%):
A new regular beer for 2006 with Sussex hops and South Downs water.
Signature (4.4%): Light in colour with good
bitterness. Silver award from SIBA at the 2004 Reading Beer Festival,
and at the NHA Beauty of Hops competition, Parsons Green, also in 2004.
Triple Champion (4%): A pale brown beer with a coffee aroma leading
to a grainy, malty taste. There's a hint of chocolate malt in the aftertaste.
4SEASONAL BEERS
Armistice Ale (4.2%): A fund-raiser
for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal. Seasonal in October and November.
Bee Head (4.6%): A softer version of Original.
Seasonal from May to August.
Declaration (4.1%)
Ginger No 1 (4.7%): A dark, sweet Christmas beer.
Lammas Ale (4.2%): Malted wheat and barley, with hops from two
local farms, brewed to celebrate the local Lammas festival in August.
Pure Gold (5%): A strong, golden, hoppy ale.
Smokey No 1 (4.7%)
Three Threads (4.3%): A mild-style beer
brewed with three types of barley.
Winter Warrant (4.8%)

Manchester IPA (4.2%): A classic amber coloured pale ale with distinctive,
refreshing biscuit and citrus flavours. (brewery notes)

Aquarian Ale (4%, February and March), Delta Dark (5%, April
and May), King Kriek (5%, August and September), Old Smokey (4.8%, October
and November), Summer's Pearl (4%, June and July)
Yummy Figgy Pudding (7.5%, December and January): A dark, Belgian-style
beer, made using a secret blend of spices to produce a warming winter
brew.

Murphy's Law (4.5%): A russet/amber coloured beer, with bitterness
right through, thanks to Challenger and Target hops.
